Faulty or damaged goods
Search Press Limited will deal with you fairly and quickly if this issue arises.

We only stock high quality items, and all goods are checked before despatch.

However, in the unlikely event that you receive goods damaged in transit or faulty goods please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Search Press Limited will either offer a full refund or replace the faulty or damaged items. Please open all packages with care and keep the packaging in case goods need to be returned. Should goods be returned to us not in the state that you received them, then we will not be able to offer a full refund.

We will not be able to offer a refund if you have not contacted Search Press Limited prior to despatching your goods back to us.

Please remember that you will be responsible for the goods until we receive them and therefore for your own protection we suggest that you use a delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery.

Unwanted Goods
You can return unwanted goods. Please comply with the following: Keep the goods in an unused and unmarked condition with the original packaging then Contact Search Press Limited by e-mail or phone.

Return the goods within 14 days unused and in the original packaging.

Please bear in mind that the goods are your responsibility until Search Press Limited receives them. For peace of mind either return them yourself or ensure you use a delivery method that requires a signature. Search Press Limited will then refund the cost of the goods (but not the costs of postage).
