British Patchwork & Quilting

Fifteen projects using a mixture of pre-cut fabrics from strip rolls, 5" and 10" squares, quarters and eighths.

The projects are based on 12" blocks which enable them to be swapped around to make further designs. Quilting Basics and Finishing are covered. There is a good set of binding diagrams.

The quilts are a variety of sizes from my favourite, a smaller wall hanging based on a Carpenters Star at 24" square, up to 'Leaf Peeping' which is 72" by 84". There is also a table runner.

There are no quilt design suggestions but there are close up pictures of the quilting.

Clear instructions with fresh, adaptable designs make this a useful book for anyone working with pre cuts.
