About Deborah Wilding
Deborah Wilding specializes in hand embroidery, using traditional methods to produce work of exceptionally high quality. As well as working on freelance embroidery projects, she also teaches on behalf of the Royal School of Needlework (RSN) and is highly trained in historically accurate techniques, including goldwork, silk shading, whitework, blackwork, and crewelwork. In her freelance capacity, she works from her seaside studio on day class designs, restoration projects, and private commissions, as well as teaches private lessons. Originally from Carlisle, UK, Deborah is now based in Somerset, UK.
