Lauren Aston was taught to knit at the age of 11 by her grandmother, and she has a degree in knitwear from Winchester School of Art. She hand-knits super chunky goodies in merino wool and sells them on her website, www.laurenastondesigns.com. Her work has featured in national newspapers and magazines including the Sunday Times and the Mail on Sunday's You magazine, and she won a Country Homes & Interiors My Country Business Award in 2016. She lives in Exeter.
