Inside Crochet
Here at Inside Crochet we love Emma Leith's cheery and colourful designs, and we know you do too, so we were really happy to see this new pattern collection. Emma says that "This book is a window into my colourful world" - and it's a window we're very glad to peek through!
Creating colour palettes for each of the seasons, as well as a full rainbow "Four Seasons" section, Emma has provided 36 bright and beautiful homeware projects that will get you reaching for your hook.
Standout designs include the Floral Tiles cushion, with delicate flowers outlined in a pure white, Colourplay Face Scrubbies, to make washtime a pleasure, and the super chunky Bobble Cushion, which offers two colour schemes to demonstrate different effects. Emma also suggests using the face scrubbies as a way of practising the colour wheel, with each scrubbie using four colours that sit together on the wheel, in any order, to create a harmonious result. We're certainly tempted to make up a whole rainbow to brighten up our bathroom.
This is a beautiful collection sure to give year-round inspiration to those who love to fill their homes with colour.
